This is a blog about female sports journalists and presenters from all over the world. Maybe sometimes I will post something that has not a lot to do with sports, but most of it will. This is actually my first blog so I will try to do my best to keep up :)

Lara Alvarez
Miss Alvarez is a Spanish reporter for the Cuatro program "¿Qué quieres que te diga?". She studied journalism at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. When she was 19 she got the opportunity to work for Telemadrid on the program "Hoy por ti". After that she worked for TeleAsturias, Animax, Marca TV and laSexta. At laSexta she presented laSexta Deportes (laSexta Sports) and at Marca TV she was known for programs like Marcagol, Futboleros an Marca Player.
Lara is often compared to Sara Carbonero because she presented the sports news on laSexta, she worked for Marca and has been rumored to be dating a Spanish and Real Madrid football player (just like Carbonero). In Lara's case the media links her to Sergio Ramos.
Anyway, I think she's a good journalist and I like her way of presenting her programs. I will post some clips of her presenting later or you can find then on YouTube to if you want :)

My first post goes to: Sara Carbonero
My first post is for one of my personal favourites: Sara Carbonero.
I suppose most of you will know her, but for the ones who don't:
Sara Carbonero is a Spanish TV presenter and sports journalist for Telecinco and Cuatro, before she used to work for laSexta and Marca Radio. She is also known for her relationship with Iker Casillas, Real Madrid and Spanish NT goalkeeper.

In 2010 she won the Antena de Oro and one year later she was nominated for the TP de Oro for best news anchor.
